Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a space focused entirely on you. It’s an opportunity to discover how your inner thoughts frame your experiences, recognize patterns in how you perceive and engage with the world, and explore what drives you. Together, we take the time to understand your personal history and the factors that have shaped who you are today. In therapy, I can address issues like anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. I’ll work to empower you to enhance your relationships and help you navigate challenging habits or behaviors that feel confusing or uncomfortable.

Individual therapy offers numerous benefits, and it’s a deeply personal process. Over time, I hope our sessions will become a safe space for you to explore the more vulnerable, deeper parts of yourself. It’s a process that can be both challenging and rewarding, and I consider it a privilege to walk this journey with you.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy focuses on the health of your relationship rather than just the individuals. Couples therapy provides a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your relationship dynamics and equip you and your partner with the skills to navigate challenges, improve your communication and connection, and create a healthier, more fulfilling relationship. Couples seek therapy at many different stages of their relationship, not just when things feel hopeless. Some couples seek therapy as a preventive measure in order to deepen their understanding of, commitment to, and love for each other. Some couples seek therapy to navigate transitions or separations.

Whatever your reason for seeking couples therapy, I will spend time getting to know you as a couple, how you got together, your strengths and challenges as a couple, and your hopes and fears for your relationship. We’ll discuss relationship dynamics, identify problem areas, and utilize evidence-based tools and interventions. Sessions will be tailored to your unique needs and strengths.

Self-C.A.R.E. Coaching

Self-CARE coaching is a group coaching program based on a framework I developed that teaches individuals how to practice intentional self-care—a proactive, thoughtful approach to personal well-being. This program may be ideal for those who are relatively well-functioning but feel stuck, those who want to live in more alignment with their values, or those who need tools to build confidence, set better boundaries, and trust their inner voice. As your coach, my role will be to teach and facilitate—not to diagnose or treat. I will guide the group through a curriculum that offers new tools, structured reflection, and space to apply each lesson to your own life.

Together, we’ll move beyond reactive self-soothing and towards a deeper understanding of yourself, a stronger commitment to making values-aligned decisions, and a practice of self-care that supports your long-term well-being and growth.

Public Speaking & Wellness Seminars

To groups and organizations looking to spark insight, reflection, and meaningful action amongst their members, I am available for public speaking, workshops and seminars, and group facilitation. Each format offers something a little different: public speaking presentations share key ideas and aim to inspire; workshops and seminars are more interactive and aim to teach; and facilitation promotes open dialogue and equitable participation and aims to engage. Topics can be selected from a collection of signature offerings or developed de novo in collaboration with you to meet your audience’s specific needs.

No matter the format, my goal is to create dynamic, yet grounded experiences that help people deepen their understanding of themselves, each other, and the ideas around them. Regardless of whether I’m serving as a public speaker, seminar leader, or group facilitator, I will bring warmth, levity, and a collaborative spirit to all my engagements.
